Luxury Villa – Opio, 06650, Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur

Façade renovation of a luxury villa in Opio, in the Alpes-Maritimes, incorporating bespoke architectural elements in natural stone.

For this project, a limestone in white to light beige tones was selected, characterised by a compact appearance, fine brownish grain and a subtle presence of small to medium-sized fossils. A stone of distinctive character, chosen for its natural elegance and its ability to lend the architecture a timeless expression.

The stone was meticulously crafted to create arches, columns, pilasters, balustrades, exterior window sills and window surrounds, establishing a coherent and sophisticated architectural language throughout the façade.

A particularly demanding project, distinguished by the production of unique solid stone elements, some exceeding 2 metres in length. Precision craftsmanship, careful block selection and extensive expertise in stone fabrication were essential to achieving the desired result.

The result is a statement of architectural presence, where the timeless character of natural stone integrates harmoniously with the refined elegance of this Côte d’Azur residence.

Luxury Villa - Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat 06230, Provence-Alpes-Côte-d'Azur

Natural stonework for a luxury villa set in an exceptional location in Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat, on the Côte d’Azur.

For this distinguished residence, a limestone in refined cream tones was selected, characterised by a remarkably homogeneous appearance and subtle darker cream veining. The stone was chosen for its understated elegance, natural character and exceptional durability.

The limestone was bespoke-crafted for the architectural flooring, staircases — including treads and risers — as well as wall copings and planter copings, creating a cohesive material language throughout the interior and exterior spaces of the property.

Its high density and durability provide exceptional versatility, making it suitable for interior applications, façades and interior and exterior flooring subject to high levels of foot traffic.

A specialised finish was selected to enhance the natural character of the stone, creating a subtly aged and weathered appearance that integrates naturally with the architecture and Mediterranean surroundings of the villa.

The result is a refined and cohesive architectural expression, where the timeless character of natural stone meets the understated elegance of this exceptional Côte d’Azur residence.
